OUR PROCESS
1. First we meetup with you to understand your requirements, budget, and timeline for renovation works.
2. Next we work out the proposal & costing, which we then present to you for your reference. We will also prepare 720 virtual tours & a number of drafts for you to refer.
3. Once the scope of work is signed, we will start the project as per agreed timeline. We will also install CCTV at the work site so you may view the work as you prefer.
4. Once the work is completed, we will walk you through the done job, and answer any queries you migth have!
5. The project is complete & you can start to enjoy chilling out in your new home. Of course, we are still nearby if you need any further assistance.
